Central Asian University Celebrates Navruz and Hosts Parent’s Day, Welcoming Over 900 Guests

Central Asian University marked the celebration of Navruz alongside Parent’s Day, bringing together students, their families, and the academic community in an atmosphere of openness, tradition, and connection.
For the occasion, the campus transformed into a vibrant festive space, featuring a traditional bazaar, national dishes such as sumalak and plov, and a rich cultural program with performances by the university orchestra and national ensemble.
At the same time, CAU hosted Parent’s Day — an event dedicated to introducing families to the university environment. The event welcomed parents of more than 430 students, with the total number of attendees, including family members, exceeding 900 guests.
Visitors were invited to explore the campus through guided tours, gaining first-hand insight into its infrastructure, academic facilities, and student life. Parents also had the opportunity to meet faculty members, learn more about academic programs and teaching approaches, and better understand the overall CAU educational experience.
Many guests highlighted the scale of the university, the high level of organization, and the thoughtfully designed campus environment. For many parents, it was their first experience of this kind, leaving a strong and positive impression.

Following the event, the university received a large number of positive responses. Parents particularly noted the warm welcome, attentive approach, and the opportunity to see firsthand the environment in which their children study.
The combined celebration of Navruz and Parent’s Day reflects the core values of Central Asian University — where education meets cultural tradition, and where an open, inclusive community is built together with students and their families.
