CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

By registering on the website https://admission.centralasian.uz/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Website") and completing the form, I (hereinafter also referred to as the "Data Subject") freely, willingly, and in my own interest, provide my informed and explicit consent to the processing of my personal data by Central Asian University (address: Uzbekistan, Tashkent) (hereinafter referred to as the "University") collected through the University's Website from any device and during any communication with the University in any form.

1) Scope of Personal Data Subject to Processing:

• Personal data provided by me and/or automatically collected during registration on the Website (creating an account), including surname, first name, patronymic, email address, as well as personal data from my account on social networks/internet resources (e.g., Vkontakte, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google account, GitHub, GitLab, etc.) used to log into the Website, including surname, first name, email address from the social network/internet resource, avatar (photograph), network identifier (ID) of my account on the social network/internet resource, my network identifier (ID) on the Website and other assigned identifiers (ID), automatically determined location based on the used IP address (country), other information collected automatically (IP addresses of devices used to visit the Website, browser history, device type, operating system and computer type, mobile browser, date and time of visiting the Website (sessions), updates and deletions of data, information about actions on the Website, including viewed advertisements, usage of the Website's services, cookies), including using metric programs (systems) Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, and others, as well as the following personal data: surname, first name, patronymic, date of birth, gender, social category, nationality, passport data, data of other identity documents, including number, series, place and date of issue, registration address at the place of permanent residence, registration address at the place of temporary residence, actual place of residence, email address, phone (mobile), image (photograph) of the Data Subject, education information, including professional certificates, academic degrees and titles, education (including all information contained in education documents, such as the name and address of the educational institution, document details (name, series, number, date of issue), study period, year of admission, graduation date, faculty, major/specialty, obtained qualification), year of study, payment form for education, information about additional training, courses, obtained certificates and other documents confirming the completion of training, courses, including copies of all above-mentioned documents, links to social media accounts, citizenship, information about address/location (including country, region, city), information from social media (including contacts or friend list, as well as information published by me and made public), email correspondence with University representatives.

2) Actions with Personal Data and Processing Methods:
This consent is granted for the execution of one or a combination of actions for collecting, systematizing, storing, modifying, supplementing, using, providing, distributing, anonymizing, destroying, publishing on the Internet, and transferring personal data: (i) through public communication networks, (ii) through international information exchange telecommunication networks, (iii) cross-border transfer of personal data to the territories of countries where legal entities with which the University has contractual relationships are located, in accordance with the terms of this consent provided by the Data Subject.

3) Purposes of Personal Data Processing:
The processing of my personal data based on this consent may be carried out by the University for the following purposes:

• Providing me with the opportunity to register on the Website and create my account for use in future visits to the Website;
• Providing me with the opportunity to log into the Website and access its resources;
• Sending me news (newsletters) about events organized by the University, programs, and invitations to such events, programs;
• Considering the possibility of entering into a paid educational services agreement between me and the University;
• Providing me with educational services;
• Establishing feedback with me (including sending me letters) for the above-mentioned purposes;
• Providing me with targeted advertising based on my preferences/actions through social networks;
• Verifying, confirming the accuracy and completeness of the personal data provided by me;
• Cookies are collected and processed to improve the Website's performance, enhance my work convenience and efficiency with the Website, provide solutions and services that best meet my needs, determine my preferences, display advertisements (behavioral advertising), and ensure the technical functionality of the Website.

4) Operators and Third Parties:
I understand that the University may transfer my personal data collected through the Website to third parties with whom it has contractual relationships for the purposes specified in this consent for personal data processing.

I am aware that this consent can be withdrawn by me at any time by sending a written notification of withdrawal to the University by registered mail or delivered personally to the address: Uzbekistan, Tashkent, or by email: info@centralasian.uz.
In the event of withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data, I am informed of the need to stop using the Website or, in the case of withdrawal of consent only for the processing of cookies, disable cookies in my browser settings.
