Rethinking Workplace Bullying Through Cultural Contexts in Central Asia

The compact book “Navigating the Labyrinth: A Cross-Cultural Analysis of Workplace Bullying from a Central Asian Perspective” by Professor Sherzodbek Dadaboyev of the Business School has been published on the international open-access platform IntechOpen. The work provides a cross-cultural examination of workplace bullying, focusing on Uzbekistan and the wider Central Asian region.
The study contributes to organizational behavior and cross-cultural psychology. It critically examines Western-centric frameworks and explores how cultural dimensions such as hierarchy, collectivism, and social harmony shape workplace dynamics in Central Asia.
