Central Asian Endourology Congress 2026 Brings Together Over 550 Specialists in Tashkent

Central Asian University initiated and organized the Central Asian Endourology Congress 2026 (CAEC 2026), held in Tashkent, bringing together more than 550 participants — leading specialists in urology and endourology.
The congress became one of the крупнейших профессиональных площадок региона and was held at the Hilton Hotel, featuring 46 speakers, including 26 international experts, as well as national and Central Asian professionals.
The two-day scientific program covered key areas of modern endourology and minimally invasive surgery. The agenda focused on advancements in kidney stone management, urothelial tumors, prostate treatment, and surgical innovations.
The program included expert lectures, professional debates, case discussions, and a young urologists competition with an international jury. Discussions focused on improving the safety and efficiency of surgical procedures, as well as integrating new technologies into clinical practice.
A key component of the congress was its practical focus, including live surgeries (Live Surgery) and masterclasses. One of the highlights was a live surgery masterclass, where a procedure was broadcast in real time from AKFA MEDLINE University Hospital. This allowed participants to observe clinical decision-making and surgical techniques in a real-world setting.
The congress featured leading international experts, including Olivier Traxer (France), Laurian Dragos (UK), Thomas Knoll and Peter Alken (Germany), who contributed to discussions on the future of urology.
Central Asian University’s initiative to host CAEC 2026 reflects its strategic focus on developing practice-oriented medical education, strengthening international collaboration, and integrating advanced technologies into healthcare.

Through initiatives like CAEC, Central Asian University continues to build platforms that connect global expertise, advance medical education, and support the development of healthcare systems in the region.
