Guide to Registration
All foreign mobile phones used with a local SIM card in Uzbekistan must be registered to avoid service interruption. This is a mandatory government requirement that applies to all international students.

Follow Instructions and PayFollow the on-screen instructions provided on the website and pay the registration fee online. -
Receive ConfirmationYou will receive confirmation via SMS once the process is complete.
Deadline and Consequences
You must register your device within 30 days of SIM activation. Note: If you fail to register on time, your mobile service may be blocked.
