Mental Health and Psychological Support
Supporting Psychological Stability and Personal Growth

It is necessary to choose a visual aid that is appropriate for the topic and audience.
The Student Wellbeing Department is deeply committed to supporting the mental health and overall wellbeing of students.
The department provides professional counseling and psychological services to help students cope with stress, anxiety, and other emotional challenges that may arise during their studies.

To ensure students have a safe and private space to talk and reflect, CAU has dedicated psychology rooms on campus, where students can meet with certified counselors and receive confidential, one-on-one support. These psychology rooms are designed to create a calm and welcoming environment that encourages openness and trust.
In addition to individual sessions, the department organizes mental health awareness campaigns, group workshops, and relaxation activities that help students build resilience, practice mindfulness, and develop healthy coping strategies.
Workshops are held regularly throughout the academic year, providing students with opportunities to learn practical techniques for managing stress, improving emotional balance, and supporting their peers.

By promoting open conversations about mental wellbeing and reducing stigma, the Student Wellbeing Department plays a key role in fostering a compassionate and supportive campus culture.
Through these initiatives, CAU demonstrates its ongoing commitment to ensuring that every student not only achieves academic success but also maintains emotional balance and psychological wellbeing throughout their university journey.
