About our initiative

Ayol by CAU is a women's empowerment and microfinance project from Central Asian University in Uzbekistan. We provide free 10-day trainings, mentoring and psychological support to help women start and grow their businesses.

Skilled

170 women received free 10-day training in business, marketing, sales and communications.
Supported

45 graduates (20 from the first group and 25 from the second) received interest-free microfinancing to launch or expand their projects.
Connected

An active community of female entrepreneurs has been created that continues to support each other after the course has ended.
