B.A. in PR and Media Management
"Public Relations and Media Management is a four-year
program that will support students to develop the creative,
critical and research skills needed to become a strategic,
innovative and ethical public relations professional, with
unique focus on social media and content creation."
Dr. Odiljon Abdurazzakov, PhD
Dean of СAU Business School
PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Relations (PR) and Media Management is the art of managing the delicate border between different stakeholders to a corporation, project or initiative. It is one of the finest forms of communication, uniting principles of psychology to advanced marketing and bargaining techniques. In a global environment, PR and Media Management takes on the entirely new meaning of bridging cultural gaps and differences, hence calling its professionals to constantly look at issues from different and innovative perspectives.

At Central Asian University, we have designed our PR and Media Management course to educate our students to the unexpected: a challenging meeting with investors, an impromptu welcome to a senior delegation, a multi-party negotiation. Only practice can prepare for such moments, and we pride ourselves with our hands-on teaching methodology, grounded on frequent simulations, often at the presence of international guests. PR can turn crisis into opportunity; we see our students seamlessly achieving that.
