CAU Women’s Council Announces New Development Directions for 2025

The Women’s Council of Central Asian University has introduced two new strategic development directions aimed at strengthening leadership, creativity, and personal growth within the CAU community. Under the leadership of Nigora Artikkhodjayeva, Chair of the Women’s Council, the “Anor” art session showcased the Council’s key projects for 2025, marking an important milestone in the expansion of opportunities for female students.
One of the major initiatives presented is the Women’s Startups & Leadership Initiative — a platform designed to help female students develop innovative ideas, receive mentorship, and elevate their projects to the university level. This initiative will serve as a launchpad for young women interested in entrepreneurship, leadership, and long-term professional growth.
The second direction, Double Art Therapy, integrates artistic expression with emotional well-being. The initiative aims to provide a creative and supportive environment where students can explore their inner world, reduce stress, and develop confidence through guided art-based practices.
These developments reflect the broader mission of the Women’s Council: to cultivate a culture of support, empowerment, and leadership at CAU. The outcomes of the “Anor” session demonstrate steady progress — the community is expanding, ambitions are growing, and 2025 promises even greater opportunities for every CAU student.
Looking ahead, the Council’s main priority is to build a sustainable ecosystem in which young women can experiment, make mistakes, start again, and continuously grow. By fostering openness and resilience, the Women’s Council aims to ensure that every initiative has a chance to succeed and that every student receives the support she needs to move forward with confidence.
The Women’s Council remains committed to creating an environment where CAU’s young women can thrive, lead, and shape their own future.
