CAU Professor Awarded PhD in Medical Sciences

Professor Akbarjon Mirzaev of Central Asian University has been awarded the academic degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Medical Sciences, marking an important milestone in his academic career and the successful completion of advanced doctoral research.

His doctoral study focused on improving early-stage surgical treatment of aseptic necrosis of the femoral head developing after coronavirus infection. The research highlights modern approaches to early diagnosis and the enhancement of surgical methods at the initial stages of the disease, aiming to preserve hip joint function and improve patient outcomes.

The dissertation was completed within the academic fields of Digital Medicine and Traumatology and Orthopedics, reflecting the growing importance of innovative technologies and evidence-based clinical practice in modern healthcare.
