CAU Business Faculty Member Awarded Woman Scientist 2025 National Grant

On 11 February, International Day of Women and Girls in Science, Associate Professor H. Elif Kutlugün attended an official ceremony organized by the Committee on Family and Women and the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Uzbekistan.

She was honored under the prestigious Woman Scientist 2025 national grant programme for her research project:

“Bridging Policy and Practice: National Circular Economy Adoption Strategies, Institutional Mechanisms and Organizational Responses.”

The project, selected among leading national proposals, received 2,247,440,000 UZS in funding and will be implemented at Central Asian University with support from the Ministry and TÜBİTAK (Türkiye).

The research aims to strengthen the link between national policy and practical implementation in circular economy development.
