CAU Professor Publishes Research in a Q2-Ranked International Journal
A new international publication by Central Asian University highlights the growing contribution of its faculty to the global academic community.
Dr. Sedigheh Shakib Kotamjani, Professor at the Business School of Central Asian University, has published a research article in the Q2-ranked International Journal of Diplomacy and Economy (Inderscience Publishers).
The article, titled “Mediating Role of Ethical Intention Between Social Norms, Code of Ethics and Ethical Decision-Making,” examines how ethical intention shapes decision-making processes within organizations, focusing on the relationship between social norms, corporate codes of ethics, and ethical behavior.
The research was conducted in collaboration with an international team of scholars, emphasizing the importance of cross-border academic partnerships in advancing knowledge in business ethics, while also reinforcing Central Asian University’s commitment to research excellence and strengthening its global academic presence.
