The AD Scientific Index is a globally respected ranking system that evaluates universities and research institutions based on the scientific performance, productivity, and impact of their researchers. The 2026 edition includes 81 universities and research institutions and 7,689 scientists across Uzbekistan.
Founded in 2019, Central Asian University has rapidly become one of the country’s leading centers of education, innovation, and research development. In the regional and global standings, CAU is ranked 569th in the region and 1205th in the world — an outstanding result for a young and dynamic institution.
According to the Index, CAU features scientists ranked among the world’s top 3%, 10%, 20%, and 30%, demonstrating the university’s growing influence and visibility in the international academic community.
