Exploring the Future of Human Resource Management Through AI
Central Asian University Business School Professor Sherzodbek Dadaboyev, together with students Yasmina Akbarova, Farangiz Baxtiyorova, Guljakhon Gulomova, and Samira Hojimurodova, has co-authored a new book chapter published by IGI Global.
Titled “A Strategic Synthesis of Technology Transfer, Job Design, and Human-AI Interaction in HRM,” the chapter explores the growing role of Artificial Intelligence in transforming Human Resource Management and the modern workplace.
The publication examines the impact of AI on key HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and job design. It also explores how the integration of AI is changing employee roles, decision-making processes, and workplace efficiency, with particular attention to Human-AI interaction.
The authors highlight the importance of adopting AI through a human-centered, ethical, and sustainable approach. The chapter considers how organizations can integrate emerging technologies while maintaining the role of people in workplace processes and decision-making.
The publication represents a collaborative academic contribution by Professor Dadaboyev and Central Asian University Business School students to the ongoing discussion on the future of work and the role of Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management.
