СAU Professor Delivers Keynote and Guest Lectures on AI Integration in Linguistics and Education
Dr. Sedigheh Shakib, Professor at CAU Business School, delivered a keynote speech at World Language University, presenting on “Problems and Solutions of Globalization, Language Policy, and Linguistic Identity in Modern Linguistics.”
In her talk, she focused on integrating AI literacy into English language teaching and highlighted a shift beyond traditional Bloom’s Taxonomy toward co-creation, where students actively learn by working with AI and each other.
On the same day, Dr. Shakib was invited as a guest lecturer at Alfaraganus University, where she led a session on integrating AI tools into research practices. Her lecture emphasized the importance of using AI ethically, critically, and effectively within academic work.
